1. About 3pattifast.com

This document is the Terms of Use for the website at 3pattifast.com — the “Portal”. The Portal is an editorial download and information site for the third-party Pakistani Android application commonly known as “3 Patti Fast”. The Portal also publishes how-to guides for popular card and casino games (Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Andar Bahar) and walkthroughs for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal flows.

By reading any page on 3pattifast.com, by tapping any APK download button, or by following any outbound link from the Portal, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page. If you do not agree, please leave the Portal.

2. The App We Mirror — Third-Party Status

For the rest of this document, “the Portal” means 3pattifast.com and its written content; “the App” means the third-party 3 Patti Fast Android application reached via our download link.

3. Reader Eligibility (18+)

You must be 18 years of age or older to read this Portal or to install the App via our download link. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, the Portal, its editorial team, and its hosting provider are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Where applicable Pakistani law does not permit this exclusion, our aggregate liability for any single claim related to the Portal is capped at PKR 5,000 or its equivalent in your local currency, whichever is the lower amount.

10. Pakistan Compliance Notes

The Portal is published from a Pakistan-facing editorial base. We try to operate consistent with the spirit of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA 2016) and adjacent provincial regulation governing online gaming and consumer-protection content. Specifically:

We aim to:

• acknowledge receipt within 2 working days;
• review the page and respond with a decision within 7 working days;
• update or remove the listing, where the concern is substantiated, within a further 3 working days.

If you are a user who believes the App has wronged you (slow withdrawal, account locked, bonus revoked), please raise the issue first with the App's own customer support — only the App operator can refund a real-money balance or correct a withdrawal SLA. We can, however, log the complaint into our editorial review file and reconsider whether the App stays on our download endpoint.
